First disclosures will be made via CM/ECF with an “applicable party” restriction on the document and docket entry. This means it is available only to the attorney representing the defendant and the government. You will receive a NEF when it is filed which will provide the date which objections are due. To read the PSI, as it is restricted, you will need to log on to CM/ECF using your CM/ECF login and password before clicking on the hyperlink in the NEF. (If you are not logged on, you will not be able to open the document.)
Final presentence reports will be made available in the same manner. The addendum, your objections, as well as any letters of support received by the Probation Office will be attached.
